Orb-ital by Nomenclature was launched in 2015 and created by perfumer Patricia Choux. The composition is a complex blend of woody and aromatic notes that seamlessly merge into a warm, powdery base. Opening with fresh spicy accords like cardamom and cinnamon, the fragrance evolves into a heart of balsamic woods and violet, before settling into an amber warmth that feels both comforting and elegant. This unisex scent is designed to evoke a sense of balance between crisp freshness and enveloping comfort.

Application Tips
Orb-ital has a slow development, so give it time to settle into your skin. A single spray on each wrist and behind the ears will suffice; the warm base notes take about an hour to fully bloom. It’s best for daytime wear when you want a scent that evolves with you throughout the day.

Patricia Choux grew up in Burgundy and studied biochemistry before entering ISIPCA in 1993, interning at Florasynth under Dominique Ropion. After graduating ISIPCA in 1996, she joined Créations Aromatiques, then Haarmann & Reimer (now part of Symrise), creating early fragrances for The Body Shop, Marc Jacobs, and Biehl Parfumkunstwerke. She has lived and worked in New York since 2005, contributing to Clive Christian's Imperial Coronation fragrances, and joined Mane's New York branch in 2015.
