The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 1977, Tea Rose by Perfumer's Workshop stands as an elegant proof of the brand’s commitment to floral sophistication. Created by Annie Buzantian, this fragrance opens with a delicate interplay of peony and chamomile, their fresh spiciness cutting through the lushness of Bulgarian and Damask roses. The composition is anchored by Tea Rose and geranium, which bring an herbal freshness that evolves into a warm, woody base of cedarwood. This blend creates a scent that feels both lasting and distinctly of its era — a perfect encapsulation of 1970s elegance.
For best effect, apply Tea Rose sparingly — its complexity unfolds gradually. The fresh spicy top notes fade quickly, but the rose and herbal heart lasts through most of the day. A light spritz on pulse points allows the woody base to emerge subtly, making it ideal for both daytime elegance and evening wear.
