Launched in 2013 by Tauer Perfumes and crafted by Andy Tauer, PHI Une Rose de Kandahar is an enigmatic floral fragrance that marries the sweetness of rose with warm spices and tobacco. The opening notes of almond and apricot give way to a heart of cinnamon and bergamot, which then evolves into a rich base of rose, tobacco leaf, ambergris, and vanilla.
