Launched in 2010, Relent by Etro is a fragrance that balances bright citrus and powdery musk with the warmth of vanilla and white florals. The opening notes of Amalfi lemon, orange, and lime are crisp and refreshing, while eucalyptus adds a subtle freshness. As the scent develops, African orange flower and iris introduce a soft floral touch, leading to a base that combines tincture of rose, musk, vanilla, and amber for an enveloping sweetness.

Relent has a strong initial burst from its citrus top notes, which fade within about an hour. The base notes take over and gradually build warmth throughout the day. Apply one or two sprays to capture both the bright opening and the enveloping sweetness that follows.
