The story behind the bottle.
Rule #14 Sultry by Rule Fragrances is a composition that balances warmth and depth with an unexpected twist of whiskey, creating an atmosphere that's both comforting and intriguing. The fragrance opens with the rich aroma of incense and whiskey, which melds seamlessly into a heart of davana and nagarmotha, adding layers of earthiness and spice. As it settles, the base notes of agarwood, rose, gurjun balsam, white musk, patchouli, vanilla, tobacco, and amber create a sultry and enveloping warmth that lingers on the skin.
One to two sprays is enough — the whiskey note projects well initially but gives way to the deeper base notes over time. This fragrance reads best close to skin rather than filling a room, making it ideal for intimate settings.
