The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2012, Barfly by Scotch & Soda is an oriental fougère that seamlessly blends citrus freshness with warm spices and woody notes. The opening of orange and lemon gives way to a heart of cardamom, pepper, and basil, creating a lively tension. This vibrant top and middle are anchored by the rich base notes of sandalwood, cedar, and vanilla, offering a comforting finish that lingers softly on the skin.
Barfly is best applied in layers — two sprays initially, followed by another light touch after an hour to maintain its bright top notes. The composition's warmth makes it ideal for evenings when you want a scent that’s engaging but not overpowering.
