Shams Oud by Memo Paris was launched in 2011 and is a woody-amber fragrance crafted by perfumer Aliénor Massenet. The composition opens with the fresh spice of pepper and ginger, creating an immediate sense of warmth and depth. As these top notes settle, cypriol and oud emerge, bringing a rich balsamic quality that anchors the scent in earthy sophistication. Styrax and Peru Balsam add layers of resinous sweetness, while vetiver provides a grounding earthiness that rounds out the base.
