Launched in 2025, The Queen and the Viper by Stéphane Humbert Lucas 777 is an Oriental Woody fragrance that weaves together a rich blend of contrasts. Created by perfumers Karine Chevallier, Stéphane Humbert Lucas, and Vincent Ricord, this composition opens with bright citrus and bergamot before transitioning to the smoky warmth of tobacco and leather. The heart notes feature floral jasmine sambac and osmanthus, which are balanced by fresh spicy accords like spearmint and clary sage. At its core, The Queen and the Viper is a complex interplay between sweetness and smoke, incense and mint, creating an alluring and sophisticated scent.
Apply this fragrance sparingly to let its layers unfold gradually. The smoky tobacco note lingers, so one or two sprays are enough for a full day's wear. It pairs well with evening events but also holds up in more casual settings.
