Launched in 2016, Golden Powder by The House of Oud is an Oriental Spicy fragrance that balances the warmth of cinnamon and nutmeg with the depth of sandalwood and guaiac wood. Perfumer Andrea Casotti crafted this composition to evoke a sense of opulence and comfort, with notes like vanilla, coumarin, and musk adding a powdery sweetness that lingers on the skin. The heart of tobacco blossom adds an unexpected touch of earthiness, grounding the overall composition.
Golden Powder is best applied in light layers; its powdery base notes build gradually on the skin. The cinnamon and nutmeg top notes fade within an hour, but the heart and base notes will last through most of the day. It's particularly suited for evening wear when you want a warm and comforting presence.
