Launched in 2019 by Nishane, Unutamam is crafted by perfumer Miguel Matos and presents an aromatic journey that balances freshness with depth. The fragrance opens with a vibrant mix of rosemary, mint, juniper, lavender, and oregano, creating a sharp, green aromatic character. This fresh spicy top gives way to the heart where patchouli and jasmine add warmth without losing the crispness. The base notes of amber, castoreum, oakmoss, labdanum, and caramel offer a rich smoky-leather backdrop that grounds the composition.

Miguel Matos, from Almada, Portugal, worked as a journalist and art critic before becoming a self-taught perfumer. He joined the Fragrantica editorial team in 2013, has been commissioned by the Turkish brand Nishane, and has released four fragrances under his own label, Miguel Matos Perfumes, working from a small lab and showroom in Almada.
