Clément Gavarry is a Paris-born perfumer and the fourth generation of his family to work in fragrance creation, introduced to scent by his father, perfumer Max Gavarry, through the forest and the sea.
He earned a Master's degree and a Diploma in Organic Chemistry from ISIPCA in Versailles before moving to New York in his early twenties, an experience he describes as one continuous experiment. He has worked with Firmenich and IFF, collaborating with brands including Dolce & Gabbana, Vera Wang, and Roberto Cavalli.
