Snowy OwlHer career began in 1991 at ESSENSE Perfumery in Boston, where she developed her approach to fragrance based on fine art principles, before building her own line of ready-to-wear artisan perfumes. She is regarded as a pioneer of the American indie perfumery movement, teaches perfume history and fragrance design, and creates an ongoing Art Projects collection that combines a synesthetic approach to perfume with exhibitions in museums and galleries.
