Marcel Carles
Marcel Carles, son of legendary perfumer and Roure School founder Jean Carles, assisted his father by smelling and commenting on his creations once Jean became anosmic late in life, and succeeded him as director of the Roure perfumery school (now Givaudan), where he trained future perfumers including Rosendo Mateu.
