The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2022, Détour Rouge by Al Haramain Perfumes is a composition that balances aromatic and powdery notes with unexpected warmth. The fragrance opens with the freshness of bergamot and lavender, quickly giving way to cardamom and black tea, which create an intriguing tension between bright citrus and spicy depth. At its heart, tobacco and violet add layers of complexity, while musk and tonka bean ground the composition in a warm, enveloping base that lingers throughout the day.
Apply one or two sprays to your pulse points for a balanced experience. The aromatic top notes are fleeting but vibrant, so it's the warm base that carries the scent through the day. It’s best worn during cooler weather when its powdery and spicy elements feel most comforting.
