The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2020 by Amouage and crafted by Julien Rasquinet, Enclave is a composition that balances fresh spiciness with warm amber and woody notes. The fragrance opens with peppermint and cardamom, creating an immediate sense of freshness and vibrancy. This bright start gives way to a heart of olibanum and patchouli, which brings depth and complexity. The base notes of leather, vetiver, and rose create a warm, enveloping finish that lingers throughout the day.
Given its strong sillage and long-lasting nature, one or two sprays are sufficient to make a lasting impression. Enclave settles into the skin over time, so it’s best applied before heading out for an event where you want to be noticed but not overwhelmed.
