Salamah by Amouage is an Oriental Floral fragrance for women and men that marries the lushness of Taif Rose with the depth of oud, creating a composition that oscillates between freshness and warmth. The opening notes of bergamot and rose introduce a vibrant green freshness, while the heart of olibanum and agarwood (oud) adds an earthy complexity. This interplay continues through to the powdery base notes of hay and white musk, which ground the fragrance with a subtle sweetness.
Two sprays is sufficient to capture the essence of Salamah. The fragrance builds gradually on the skin, with the green freshness giving way to the rich oud notes over time. It pairs well with layered clothing, allowing it to bloom slowly throughout the day.
