The story behind the bottle.
Poem A Day by And Other Stories, launched in 2022 and crafted by perfumer Jérôme Epinette, is an Oriental Vanilla fragrance that captures the essence of a warm embrace. The composition opens with pistachio and caramel, creating a sweet yet nutty tension that sets the stage for deeper notes of vanilla and orchid. Star anise adds a spicy warmth while coconut water brings a subtle freshness. The base of white suede and palo santo grounds the fragrance with a woody, powdery depth.
Apply Poem A Day in light layers — its caramel and vanilla notes project beautifully but can become heavy-handed if overapplied. The fragrance develops best close to skin rather than across a room, so aim for pulse points like wrists and neck.
