The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2017, 402 vanilla, toffee, sandalwood by Bon Parfumeur is a composition that balances the warmth of vanilla and caramel with the earthy depth of sandalwood. Perfumer Corinne Cachen creates a fragrance where almond blossom and apple provide a fresh, fruity opening before Madagascar vanilla takes center stage. The heart notes of heliotrope and sugar add sweetness without becoming cloying, while benzoin and musk ground the scent in its balsamic and woody base.
This fragrance blooms best when applied close to skin — one or two sprays are enough. The sweet notes fade within an hour, but the warm sandalwood base lasts throughout the day.
