The story behind the bottle.

Scentsation editorial

Launched in 2012 by M. Micallef and crafted by perfumer Jean-Claude Astier, Vanille Orient is a captivating Oriental Vanilla fragrance for women. This composition opens with the rich warmth of vanilla, leading into a heart where sandalwood and orchid create an enveloping embrace. The base notes of amber and musk add a subtle, mysterious depth that defines this classic oriental aroma. Part of M. Micallef’s Vanille collection, which is described as a 'four-movement interplay on the theme of Vanilla,' Vanille Orient stands out for its high-quality natural oil of Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar, blending seamlessly with woody and spicy accords.

How to wear it

Apply Vanille Orient sparingly; its warm base notes emerge slowly over time. Two sprays on pulse points will ensure a steady presence that builds gradually throughout the day. This fragrance is best enjoyed in cooler settings, where its rich vanilla and woody tones can be fully appreciated without overpowering.
