Aoud 1 by M. Micallef, launched in 2010 and crafted by Jean-Claude Astier, is an Oriental Vanilla fragrance that seamlessly blends fruity and woody accords with a rich warmth. The composition opens with bright fruit notes, giving way to the deep, smoky essence of oud. This is further layered with powdery white florals and vanilla, creating a harmonious balance between sweetness and earthy complexity.
Apply Aoud 1 sparingly to let its complex layers unfold naturally. The fruity top notes are fleeting, but the base of oud and vanilla will linger for hours, making it ideal for evening wear or formal occasions where subtle depth is appreciated.
