Launched in 1992, Azzaro pour Homme Intense is a Woody Chypre fragrance that embodies the brand's signature Mediterranean luxury and sensuality. The composition opens with an aromatic blend of lavender and anise, providing a fresh yet spicy contrast to the earthy juniper and basil notes. As it settles into its woody base, vetiver and patchouli add depth, while amber and musk create a warm, enveloping finish that lingers throughout the day.
Given its strong sillage and long-lasting quality, one to two sprays is sufficient. The aromatic top notes are fleeting but potent, so apply it close to your pulse points for maximum impact. This fragrance is best enjoyed in cooler weather when its warm base can truly shine.
