Cologne Reloaded by Bogue, launched in 2013 and crafted by perfumer Antonio Gardoni, is an intriguing Woody Chypre composition that reimagines the traditional cologne formula with a modern twist. Opening with bright citruses and lavender, it quickly transitions to smoky and leather notes, creating a tension between freshness and depth. The base of styrax, resins, and castoreum adds warmth and complexity, making this fragrance both familiar and unexpected.
Two sprays are sufficient as the citrus notes are bright but short-lived. The fragrance develops its woody and leather nuances over time, making it better suited for daytime wear when it can evolve naturally throughout the day.
