Astor Place by Bond No 9 was launched in 2009 as a Floral Woody Musk fragrance for both women and men. Created by Laurent Le Guernec, this composition opens with the freshness of violet leaf and mandarin orange, leading into a heart of freesia and red poppy before settling into a base of orris root, musk, teak wood, and amber. Astor Place is a tribute to New York's vibrant neighborhoods, capturing the essence of its eclectic spirit through layers of floral, ozonic, and powdery notes.
A single spritz is sufficient to capture the essence of this fragrance. The ozonic and citrus top notes are bright but fleeting, making it ideal for daytime wear. Allow a few minutes for the powdery and musky base notes to develop fully on the skin.
