Governors Island, launched by Bond No 9 in 2018, is an Oriental fragrance that captures the essence of its namesake New York landmark. The composition opens with incense and resin notes, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere before transitioning into a heart of ambroxan and cedar, which adds depth and complexity. The base notes of white musk and vetiver bring a grounding smokiness and balsamic warmth, making it an evocative tribute to the island's distinctive character.
