The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2013 by By Kilian and crafted by perfumer Calice Becker, The Peony Pavilion is a unisex fragrance that captures the essence of its namesake flower. The composition opens with fresh, vibrant accords of pink pepper and bergamot, which give way to a heart of peony, rose, and jasmine. These floral notes are further enriched by hints of vanilla and patchouli in the base, creating an elegant and sophisticated aroma that is both delicate and enduring.
Apply The Peony Pavilion to pulse points and allow it to develop over an hour. The fresh top notes are fleeting but make way for a warm, floral heart that lasts well into the evening. Best worn when you want a scent that evolves gracefully throughout the day.
