The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 1987 by Olivier Creed, Bois du Portugal is an Oriental Woody fragrance that has become a signature scent for the brand. The composition opens with bright bergamot before settling into a lavender heart and a complex woody base of Mysore sandalwood, vetiver, ambergris, and cedar. This fragrance is both warm and rich, creating a distinctive olfactory experience that reflects Creed's heritage of crafting high-quality scents.
Apply one or two sprays to your pulse points. The bergamot top note fades quickly but leaves room for the lavender heart and woody base notes to develop over time. This fragrance suits both day and night, as it provides a subtle yet enduring presence.
