Launched in 1975 by Diptyque and crafted by perfumer Serge Kalouguine, L'Eau Trois Eau de Toilette is a Woody Spicy fragrance that captures the essence of an aromatic journey. The composition opens with fresh, vibrant notes of rosemary and myrtle, which give way to warm spices like caraway and kyara incense. Underneath it all lies a rich base of pine tree and myrrh, creating a complex and layered scent that is both invigorating and comforting.
L'Eau Trois Eau de Toilette has moderate longevity and sillage, so aim for two sprays to allow the layers to develop fully. The aromatic top notes are bright but fleeting, while the woody base notes emerge gradually over time, making it perfect for daytime wear.
