The story behind the bottle.
Jean-Christophe Hérault created The One Mysterious Night for Dolce&Gabbana in 2018, blending the brand's signature Italian elegance with an enigmatic and richly layered composition. The fragrance opens with a bold saffron and grapefruit accord, which cuts through the sweetness to create tension. This gives way to a heart of rose and agarwood (oud), where the floral notes play against the smoky depth of the oud. A warm spicy base of clary sage and metallic accents adds complexity, while labdanum and tonka bean anchor the scent with an earthy warmth.
Apply two sprays to pulse points for best effect. The top notes are assertive but fade quickly, giving way to the heart and base which develop over time. This fragrance is best suited for evening wear when its complexity can fully unfold.
