The story behind the bottle.
Jean-Christophe Hérault crafted The One Luminous Night for Dolce&Gabbana, launched in 2021 as an Oriental Woody fragrance that balances fresh and warm spices with woody notes. Black pepper and basil provide a sharp contrast to the sweet warmth of dates and amber, while bergamot adds a zesty freshness. Incense and sandalwood weave through the composition, creating a smoky, enveloping atmosphere.
Apply two sprays to ensure the smoky incense and woody base notes develop fully. The black pepper top note is bright but fleeting, so a closer application will allow the richer layers to emerge more prominently.
