Launched in 2017 and created by Frank Voelkl, Velvet Amber Sun is an Oriental Woody fragrance from the Italian luxury fashion house Dolce&Gabbana. The composition opens with a warm spicy accord, featuring notes like pepper and coriander, which introduce a subtle tension against the creamy sweetness of vanilla and labdanum. As the scent evolves, woody and balsamic accords emerge, anchored by sandalwood and agarwood (oud), creating a complex blend that is both comforting and intriguing.
