Launched in 2013 by DS&Durga, J Crew Homesteader’s Cologne is a woody aromatic fougère that captures the essence of craftsmanship and natural elements. Perfumer David Seth Moltz blends camphor, herbal notes, and soft spices to create a scent that feels both grounded and invigorating. The composition opens with an assertive camphor note, which gives way to a rich woody base that is warm and slightly spicy. This fragrance stands out for its balance between the crispness of aromatic herbs and the depth of woodsy accords.
Given its strong sillage and long-lasting nature, one or two sprays is sufficient. Apply it to pulse points for the best effect, as this allows the fragrance to develop gradually on your skin throughout the day.
