Roja Dove launched Enigma in 2013 as an Oriental Floral fragrance that balances powdery warmth with sweet florals and woody depth. The composition opens with bright notes of bergamot, neroli, and peach before transitioning into a heart of rose, ylang-ylang, jasmine, and heliotrope. This is followed by a base of vanilla, musk, ambergris, sandalwood, patchouli, and orris root that reads as enveloping and comforting yet complex enough to maintain intrigue.

Born and raised in Sussex, South East England, his career in perfumery began in 1981 when he joined the French perfume house Guerlain, working there for 20 years before leaving to set up his own companies RDPR and then Roja Parfums.
