Bois Impérial, launched in 2020 by Essential Parfums and crafted by perfumer Quentin Bisch, is a woody aromatic scent that has quickly become an icon of modern niche fragrance. It went viral on TikTok as the affordable alternative to high-end fragrances, earning praise for its luxurious feel despite its accessible price point. The composition opens with fresh spicy and green notes before settling into a warm amber and earthy base, creating a contrast between crisp freshness and enveloping warmth.
This fragrance has a strong initial impact, so one to two sprays are enough. The aromatic and spicy notes fade within an hour but leave behind a warm, earthy base that lasts throughout the day.
