The story behind the bottle.
Intuition for Men by Estée Lauder was launched in 2003 and is a collaborative effort between perfumers Alienor Massenet, Lois Evans, Pierre Wargnye, and Yves Cassar. The fragrance opens with fresh cucumber and sage, creating an aromatic and herbal freshness that feels crisp and invigorating. This gives way to a heart of marigold, aldehydes, nutmeg, and cardamom, adding a layer of warmth and complexity without being overly heavy. The base notes of amber, patchouli, cedar, incense, myrrh, and labdanum provide a rich, woody depth that lingers throughout the day.
Apply one to two sprays in the morning for a scent that evolves from crisp freshness to warm complexity. The base notes develop slowly over time, so it's best applied before starting your day rather than right before an event.
