The story behind the bottle.
Naked Skin éther, launched in 2023 by perfumer Maria Bubnova, is a minimalist fragrance designed to evoke the sensation of pure, clean skin. The composition opens with aldehydes that create an airy and transparent effect, followed by a heart of tobacco, adding a subtle warmth and depth. This transitions into a base of cedar, musk, and ambergris, which blend seamlessly with the wearer's natural aroma, creating an intimate and lingering trail.
Apply lightly — the aldehydic top note is delicate and fades quickly, but the musk and ambergris base notes linger close to the skin. It's best for daytime wear when you want a scent that feels like an extension of your own natural aroma rather than something overtly noticeable.
