Launched in 2015, Amber Elixir by Vertus is a woody spicy fragrance that blends the warmth of amber and musk with the sharpness of black pepper and rum. The dried fruits and grapefruit notes add a subtle sweetness to the composition, while the saffron and labdanum infuse it with an earthy richness. This scent oscillates between comfort and complexity, making it as suitable for an intimate evening at home as it is for a confident stride through the city.
One or two sprays are enough to capture its essence. The dried fruits and grapefruit notes will fade within an hour, but the musk and amber base will linger for hours. It reads best close to skin rather than projecting strongly into a room.
