Bois d'Hiver by Ex Nihilo is a composition that captures the essence of a wintry forest, where cardamom and pink pepper create a sharp contrast against the warm spiciness of patchouli and musk. Perfumer Michel Girard crafted this woody floral musk fragrance in 2014, infusing it with earthy notes of white cedar extract and cypriol oil to evoke the sense of an enchanted winter landscape.
This fragrance thrives on skin rather than projecting widely. A single spray allows the powdery warmth to bloom over time, making it ideal for evenings or cooler weather when you want a scent that feels close and comforting.
