Explicite by Ex Nihilo was launched in 2020 and is a creation of perfumer Jórdi Fernández. This Oriental Floral fragrance for both women and men opens with the vibrant freshness of pink pepper and nutmeg, which cut through the sweetness of praline. The heart unfolds with peony and lily, creating a delicate floral bouquet that is neither overpowering nor understated. As it settles into a base of sandalwood, amber, and vanilla, Explicite takes on a warm, powdery quality that feels both refined and inviting.
Start with one or two sprays — the bright top notes are immediate but short-lived. The fragrance's true character emerges after about half an hour, so it’s best to apply it shortly before you plan to wear it. It pairs well with both daytime and evening settings due to its versatile blend of freshness and warmth.
