Floris launched Patchouli in 2013, a composition that centers around the earthy and warm heart of patchouli. The fragrance opens with coconut milk and violet leaf, adding a touch of sweetness and freshness before diving into the rich patchouli at its core. This is complemented by iris and cedar, which lend an almost woody-balsamic texture to the blend. Patchouli by Floris is a modern interpretation that respects the house's heritage while embracing the depth and warmth of this iconic note.
This fragrance develops best when applied directly to pulse points. The rich patchouli base takes about an hour to fully bloom, so it's ideal for layering with other scents or wearing in cooler weather when its warmth can be appreciated without becoming overpowering.
