Encounters by Francesca Bianchi is a Woody Spicy fragrance that balances the bright freshness of citrus with the rich warmth of spices and woods. Launched in 2023, it opens with the zesty burst of orange and bergamot, which quickly gives way to the aromatic complexity of lavender and coriander. The heart of rose, iris butter, and angelica adds a layer of sweetness and depth, while cinnamon and agarwood (oud) bring an enveloping warmth that feels like embracing the comfort of old friends. Francesca Bianchi’s signature blend of natural and synthetic notes ensures a lasting impression.
Encounters projects well but builds gradually on the skin. Start with two sprays to let the citrus and aromatic notes unfold over time. The spicy warmth is best experienced close to the skin rather than from a distance, so apply it directly where you want the scent to linger.
