Launched in 2010 by Fueguia 1833, Sur is a Floral Green fragrance that captures the essence of Patagonian landscapes and the literary imagination. Created by Julian Bedel, it opens with a bright burst of orange, followed by the lush floral notes of jasmine, before settling into the earthy bitterness of artemisia. This composition evokes the poignant beauty of Borges' writings, where the scent of clover, orange blossom, and jasmine fills the air in a living, silent prairie.
Sur is best applied in a single layer; its fresh citrus notes are bright but fleeting. The jasmine and artemisia base develop slowly on skin, so allow it time to settle before reapplying. Ideal for daytime wear when you want a scent that evolves subtly throughout the day.
