Pierre Guillaume grew up in a family of chemists, collecting essential oils and fragrant materials from an early age. At 25, he set out to recreate the smell of his father's cigar cellar, producing '02 Cozé,' a spicy-tobacco accord that drew attention across the perfume blogosphere.
