The story behind the bottle.
Power by Kenzo, launched in 2008 and crafted by Olivier Polge, is a Woody Spicy fragrance that marries the brightness of citrus with the warmth of spices and woods. The composition opens with coriander and cardamom, which bring an aromatic zest to the top notes. This freshness gives way to a heart of flowers and bergamot, creating a delicate contrast before settling into a base of tolu balsam, labdanum, and cedar. Power is designed to evoke strength without being overpowering, making it a versatile choice for various occasions.
Power is best applied in two to three sprays. The aromatic top notes are bright but fade quickly into the heart and base accords, which develop gradually over time. For maximum impact, allow it to settle on your skin before heading out.
