The story behind the bottle.
La Nuit Trésor à la Folie by Lancôme was launched in 2018 and is a vibrant Oriental Vanilla fragrance created by Christophe Raynaud, Amandine Clerc-Marie, and Honorine Blanc. This composition opens with red currant, pink pepper, pear, and bergamot, creating an effervescent freshness that cuts through the richness of its base notes. The heart of damask rose, violet, peony, and jasmine adds a lush floral layer, while bourbon vanilla, tonka bean, benzoin, nutmeg, ambroxan, patchouli, and woody notes anchor it with warmth and depth. It is an energetic fragrance that balances the sweetness of vanilla and amber with spicy undertones.
Apply this fragrance in light layers to allow its complex notes to unfold gradually. The fresh top notes dissipate quickly, but the warm base notes will linger for hours. It pairs well with casual evening wear or a night out on the town.

Amandine Clerc Marie
Grasse-born, Firmenich-trainedAmandine Clerc-Marie is a French perfumer born in Grasse, where her mother also worked in the perfume industry. She trained at ISIPCA and spent more than ten years working alongside Michel Almairac before joining Firmenich in 2011 as a senior perfumer.
