Launched in 1999, O Oui! by Lancôme is a vibrant floral aquatic fragrance created by perfumer Harry Frémont. The composition opens with the freshness of water hyacinth and vodka, bringing an unexpected twist to the traditional citrus top notes like bergamot and clementine. As it evolves, white flowers such as lily-of-the-valley, freesia, and rose meld seamlessly into a sweet yet green heart, anchored by musk and woody notes that ground the fragrance without overpowering its luminous quality.
Apply this fragrance sparingly; the vodka note in the top can be quite strong initially. Allow it to settle for about 15 minutes after application to let the floral and green notes fully emerge. This scent is best worn during cooler daylight hours when its freshness can shine without feeling overpowering.
