Lanvin L'Homme, launched in 1997 and crafted by perfumer Alberto Morillas, embodies the French fashion house's commitment to elegance and refinement. The composition opens with a bright citrus-aromatic blend of bergamot and mandarin orange, which quickly gives way to the fresh spice of mint and pepper. A heart of lavender and sage adds a green herbal depth, while the base notes of musk, sandalwood, and amber create a warm, powdery finish that lingers long after the initial freshness has faded.
For optimal longevity, apply Lanvin L'Homme to pulse points and allow it to develop for about ten minutes. The initial top notes are vibrant but fleeting, so don't be surprised if the fragrance seems to transform into its powdery base over time.
