The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2025, Passion Of New York by Le Chameau is a vibrant and dynamic fragrance for both women and men. The composition opens with the brightness of mandarin orange and bergamot, creating an immediate sense of freshness and energy. This citrus burst transitions seamlessly into a heart of white floral notes — magnolia, lily of the valley, tuberose, jasmine, freesia, violet, orchid, and rose — that blend together to form a lush, sweet bouquet. The base notes of vanilla, cedar, and musk add warmth and depth, grounding the fragrance with a soft, powdery finish.
Two sprays on pulse points provide ample longevity without overpowering. The citrus top notes are bright but short-lived, so allow it to settle into its floral heart before stepping out. This fragrance reads better close to the skin rather than in a room.
