The story behind the bottle.
Francis Kurkdjian launched Absolue Pour le Soir in 2010 as a bold and intense counterpart to his gentler Cologne Pour Le Soir. The fragrance opens with the warm spice of cumin, which contrasts sharply with the honeyed sweetness that follows. At its heart, rose and labdanum create a rich floral-balsamic accord, while vanilla and amber add depth and warmth. This composition is designed for an evening out, capturing the essence of refined sophistication.
Apply two sprays to pulse points — the warmth of your skin helps bring out the spicy and woody notes. The fragrance builds gradually over an hour, so it’s best not to reapply too soon. It’s perfect for evening wear when its rich accords can truly shine.
