The story behind the bottle.
Perfect Absolute by Marc Jacobs, launched in 2025 and crafted by perfumers Domitille Michalon Bertier and Juliette Karagueuzoglou, is a composition that balances sweet caramel and fig with the warmth of amber and the softness of jasmine. The fragrance opens with a rich caramel note that immediately draws you in, followed by a subtle fig and jasmine heart that adds depth without overpowering the initial sweetness. The woody base rounds out the scent, creating a harmonious blend that feels both comforting and elegant.
Start with one spray on each wrist and neck. The caramel top note fades after about an hour, so reapply if you want to maintain its initial sweetness throughout the day. The amber base will linger longer, providing a lasting warmth that pairs well with the evening.
