Launched in 2024, Crystal Saffron Extrait by Matiere Premiere is an Oriental Spicy fragrance created by perfumer Aurélien Guichard. The composition begins with Habanolide, a vibrant top note that introduces a metallic and warm spicy character. At its heart lies saffron, which adds a rich depth and complexity. The base notes of myrrh, ambroxan, and frankincense create a balsamic warmth and a luminous black hue, enriching the fragrance with a textured and radiant quality.
Apply this fragrance with a light hand; the Habanolide top note is striking but fleeting. The balsamic base notes will develop over time, so wait a few minutes before reapplying if needed. Best for evening or cooler temperatures when its rich warmth can truly shine.
